Lambgod Enterprise was born from a simple observation: busy Ghanaians love gari soakings and kenkey, but preparing them takes time people don't always have. We asked — what if you could enjoy these traditional meals in seconds?

That question led to Gari Kapo and Kapo Mashke — pre-portioned sachets of gari soakings and mashed kenkey that only need water. We source the finest cassava and fermented corn dough, process them with care, and seal every sachet fresh so the authentic taste is preserved.
